Returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Return items back within: 14 days of delivery

Customer satisfaction is my main goal. 

I will work with you to resolve any issue with the purchase. 

Every situation, return or exchange will be handled on an individual basis. 

However, I do have certain rules and guidelines for returns and exchanges.

If for some reason, you are not happy with your painting:

Returns are accepted only if you contact me and ship the merchandise back within 14 days 

from the delivery date. In case of a return, I will provide all the money back except 

of any shipping fees paid in the addition to the cost of the merchandise.

The money back can be provided back to your credit card or paypal account. 

I can also give you credit towards future purchases upon request instead of a refund.

Exchanges are accepted only if you contact me and ship the merchandise back within 14 days 

from the delivery date. You can exchange the painting for something else of the same value, 

if the desired painting is more expensive, you must pay the difference.

If your painting arrived damaged, please contact me Immediately, 

I maybe able to replace or make similar giving you a chance to put your own input on the image. 

I will pay for return of damaged and ship the replacement on free of charge. 

If there is significant changes from the original, there maybe additional costing.

*I have the right to cancel any promotional transaction and return the full payment to the buyer*

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless stipulated otherwise.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

NOTE: 50% of the price of commissioned, CUSTOM paintings is considered a non-refundable fee 

for the artists time and material costs in creating a piece specific to clients personal requests. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, 

I can't accept returns for:

* Custom or personalised orders

* Items on sale

Customer happiness is my main wish and 

having my artworks find the right nest to settle in.


Available paintings will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment is received through PayPal or by credit card. Therefore there is a wee bit of time to change your mind or get in touch to change information/ redirect your precious cargo to you. Once you receive your email with tracking number there is no turning back, and you can track your purchase to your door. On arrival all I ask is a sharing of the happiness 💚

All artwork is very carefully and professionally packed. (see pictures attached)

Ciara Curtin is not responsible for any customs and import taxes, 

such taxes are the responsibility of the buyer/ receiver.

I do not ship to PO boxes. The address you provide must be a physical location.
